Role Description

We are looking for part-time and full-time Mobile User Acquisition Managers to join our growing team. We are a fully remote company and this is a remote role. We're looking for people early in their career journeys who have some experience but are eager to work alongside seasoned experts to grow. your career. The role includes planning, executing, and optimizing mobile user acquisition initiatives to drive high quality app installs. While a significant focus is paid UA, were looking for people who can be creative and "scrappy" about non-paid strategies as well. You will play a critical role in driving profitable user acquisition and achieving growth targets for this exciting game.


Qualifications

  • One to three years of expertise in Mobile User Acquisition (gaming experience preferred, but mobile UA experience is required)
  • Strong analytics, data interpretation, and performance optimization mindset
  • Experience with testing and optimization
  • Experience using key advertising platforms like Google UAC and Facebook Ads Manager
  • General knowledge and a thirst to understand mobile UA best practices, including app store optimization (ASO), and mobile ecosystem trends
  • Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Strong work ethic and performance orientation
  • Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
