Role Description
This is a contract, on-site role for a Licensed Practical Nurse located in Middletown, NY. The Licensed Practical Nurse will provide high-quality care to patients, including administering medications, monitoring patients’ health, and documenting changes in their condition. The role involves collaborating with healthcare professionals, educating patients and their families, and ensuring all care procedures align with medical guidelines and regulations. Additionally, the LPN will assist with maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring a safe and supportive environment for care.
Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification and an active license in NY.
- Strong skills in patient care, administering medications, and health monitoring
