Kitting Clerk

Job Summary

The Kitting Clerk is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate issuing of materials required to process job, maintaining inventory counts accurately and daily cycle counts.

Responsibilities

1. Issuing hardware and sub assembly details to assembly work orders using EPICOR.
2. Closing of detail work orders in the EPICOR computer system into the proper inventory warehouse and location.
3. Packages products using specified containers and protective padding.
4. Operates a forklift, hand truck or other equipment to load, unload, transport and store parts.
5. Compiles data and generates reports from the MRP to assist with analysis and review.
6. Establishes and maintains safety operations by adhering to procedures and policies.
7. Completes housekeeping around work areas as assigned.  
8. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

1. Good verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to stay organized and multitask.
3. Experience with MS Office products.
4. Computer skills.
5. High attention to detail and high level of accuracy a must.
