Job Description
Role Overview:
The Integration Supervisor will provide leadership and direction to the Integration department within GTI Energy’s operations at the Goodyear facility. This role will be the interface between Production Manager, Quality Assurance and Engineering department and the production floor to support projects and programs, fulfilling customer requirements for fabrication in accordance with drawings and electrical schematics. The Integration Superintendent will also serve as a QC check point for the integration/electrical teams to ensure all production and test meet customer design technical requirements and production schedules.
Job Responsibilities:
· Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the operation function.
· Monitor the productivity of direct reports and ensure efficiency and consistency of work.
· Conduct performance and development discussions as needed.
· Mentor staff to ensure future growth.
· Development of manufacturing methods for products and prototypes to document manufacturing requirements.
· Lead and facilitate problem solving to resolve issues within the manufacturing processes and products.
· Provide technical support to production operations teams, improve productivity and reduce costs.
· Interface with Operations Management and Engineers to review and offer input on production drawings and process improvements.
· Ensure proper use of all safety equipment and all regulations are followed in the manufacturing environment.
· Actively drive GTI Energy’s continuous process improvement activities including Lean, 5S, process/equipment innovation and other initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
· Minimum of 5-8 years of electrical/mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment.
· Minimum of 3-5 years in a leadership role in a manufacturing environment (preferably electrical/mechanical experience).
· Proven track record of leadership skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal and the ability to effectively communicate to all levels of management and customers. Must be able to effectively delegate and work collaboratively with other functional departments.
· Demonstrated ability to lead/facilitate problem solving.
· Demonstrated ability to plan and perform factory, people, and resource capacity analysis, identify and solve constraints before they become problems.
· Demonstrated computer skills (MS Word & Excel, Outlook)
· Demonstrated mechanical, electrical, and/or general engineering problem solving skills.
· Strong working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma tools and methodology preferred.
· Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and schematics.
· Strong understanding of electrical blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.
· Strong understanding of Electrical Code.
· Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
· Ability to bend, climb, squat, reach, and kneel.
· Demonstrated ability to operate hand and power tools associated with electrical work.
· Ability to calculate basic mathematical problems.
· Willingness to work overtime.

Salary : $95,000 - $115,000
