Position Summary:
As the Social Media Manager & Live Stream Producer at GrowMesh Inc., you will be instrumental in driving our online presence and sales through engaging content and dynamic live streaming events. This role requires a blend of creativity, marketing acumen, and technical prowess to showcase our vertical hydroponic gardens and their benefits to a global audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute a social media strategy that increases awareness and sales of our vertical hydroponic gardens, enhancing our brand's presence across platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.
- Craft compelling content that highlights the advantages of vertical hydroponic gardening, including sustainability, space efficiency, and the joy of growing one's own food.
- Engage with our community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews, fostering a supportive and enthusiastic gardening community.
- Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, optimizing strategies to boost engagement and conversions.
- Stay abreast of trends in social media, agriculture technology, and eco-friendly practices.
- Live Stream Production:
- Conceptualize and produce engaging live streams that showcase our vertical hydroponic gardens in action, including setup tutorials, Q&A sessions, and live sales events.
- Coordinate with experts, influencers, and customers for guest appearances, enriching our live content with diverse perspectives on sustainable gardening.
- Manage all technical aspects of live streaming, ensuring high-quality video and audio production that captures the essence of our products.
- Analyze viewer engagement and feedback post-live streams to continuously improve content quality and viewer satisfaction.
- Address any technical challenges swiftly to maintain a professional and engaging live stream experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Media Studies, or a related field, with a passion for sustainability and technology.
- Proven track record in social media management and live stream production, preferably with experience in the agriculture, gardening, or eco-friendly products sector.
- Strong technical proficiency with live streaming platforms and equipment, as well as social media management tools.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage with a diverse audience.
- Creative and strategic thinker capable of juggling multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
