- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons and activities

- Maintain classroom organization and state licensing standards
- Collaborate with fellow educators and school leadership
What We're Looking For:
- Experience leading a Pre-K classroom
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Passion for early childhood education and child development
- Ability to create engaging, hands-on learning experiences
- CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
