Growing Smiles Pediatric Dentistry is looking for a Treatment Coordinator who is a friendly, caring, and dependable individual with top notch customer service skills.
Our Treatment Coordinator role is KEY as you will be the final impression of our office. Our Treatment Coordinators are the last interaction the family has before leaving our office. Our goal is that you make every family feel welcomed, cared for, and important!
We are looking for someone with a positive outlook, time management skills, attention to detail and a willingness to learn. Dental experience is valued but not required.

Treatment Coordinator responsibilities may include any of the following:
-Warmly greeting all patients on phone calls or upon arrival to your desk
-Communicating expectations and treatment options with parents
-Collecting financial agreements and patient balances
-Inputting and updating patients electronic dental records
-Scheduling appointments and monitoring the office’s schedule
-Verifying patient insurance benefits
-Operating with a professional and courteous tone at all times
-Maintaining a consistently clean and tidy appearance of visible spaces in the office
Important Details: Our office sees patients Monday-Thursday, our team has Fridays off. Expected hours on working days are 6:45am to 3pm.
