Duties

- Supervise staff members, providing guidance and support to foster a positive work environment.
- Develop and manage budgets for various programs, ensuring financial sustainability.
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and families to promote program visibility and collaboration.
- Conduct regular assessments of program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments based on feedback and outcomes.
- Provide training and support to staff on best practices in behavioral health and program management.
- Ensure all administrative tasks related to program operations are completed efficiently.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Education, Psychology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in program development and management within the social services sector.
- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse populations.
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management related to program operations.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to supervise staff effectively while fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Knowledge of behavioral health principles is highly desirable.
