We’re seeking a part-time versatile and reliable Handyman/Security Attendent to support, maintain & repair our commercial property located in
- Tipton, IN

Responsibilities:
- Perform general repairs and maintenance in construction, painting, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC (as needed)
- Performs general lawncare services
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Provides on-site property oversight, basic security presence, and incident reporting.
- Respond to service requests and emergency calls (on-call availability required)
- Maintain accurate records of work performed
✅ Qualifications:
- Experience in multiple trades
- All levels of experience from entry & mid-level to highly skilled will be considered
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Experience in commercial property environments preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Trade Certifications (Preferred but not required):
- EPA 608 (HVAC)
- Journeyman or Master Electrician License
- Plumbing License
- OSHA 10 or 30
- General Contractor or Maintenance Technician Certification
