Job Overview
We are seeking passionate and dedicated teachers and assistant teachers to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will create a nurturing and stimulating environment tailored specifically for infants, toddlers or preschoolers, supporting their developmental milestones and fostering a love for learning from the very beginning. Duties

  • Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development in infants
  • Provide attentive child education and care, including feeding, diapering, educating and comforting as needed
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration and discovery
  • Monitor each child's progress and communicate regularly with parents or guardians about developmental milestones and daily updates
  • Follow all health and safety protocols, including first aid procedures and emergency response plans
  • Support positive behavior management strategies to foster a calm and respectful classroom atmosphere
  • Collaborate with team members to plan curriculum enhancements that support early childhood education standards

Requirements

  • Prior experience working with infants-preschoolers in daycare, preschool, nannying, babysitting or similar caregiving roles
  • Knowledge of childhood development principles specific to infants and toddlers and preschoolers
  • Certification in first aid and CPR required; additional certifications in special education or working with children with disabilities are a plus
  • Strong classroom management skills with the ability to handle multiple children simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, and team members
  • Ability to demonstrate patience, compassion, and adaptability in a dynamic environment
  • Experience with behavior management techniques suitable for infants and young children
