Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Job Summary:
Growing Minds Behavioral Health, a leading provider of personalized ABA therapy, is seeking a highly qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Lanham, MD. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing behavioral intervention plans to support children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive behavioral intervention plans to meet the unique needs of children and families
- Conduct assessments, analyze data, and make recommendations for behavioral treatment
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
- Provide training and support to direct-care staff on behavioral interventions and strategies
- Maintain accurate records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
- 1 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (with BCBA certification)
- Strong knowledge of behavioral analysis principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in behavioral data collection and analysis software
- Maryland LBA
Additional Information:
- Salary: $95,000 annually
