What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Director position at Growing Learners child care center?
Growing Learners is looking for an assistant director for our Forest ave location.
Responsibilities include:
Curriculum specialist (Monitors the development of appropriate curriculum.)
Developing and maintaining excellent parent and staff partnerships
Confident in having difficult conversations and providing feedback and suggestions to staff or parents
Maintains family and staff confidentiality
There will also be other office duties decided in partnership with the Director based on your interests. As well as shopping, lunch prep, and cleaning duties.
