What You’ll Do
- Maintain Indiana Licensing Standards, NECPA Accreditation, and Paths to Quality Level 4
- Participate in management, community meetings, and give tours of the Center
- Manage and maintain the front office area, ensuring a welcoming environment for families and staff and deliver high-quality customer service
- Assist with proper staff coverage, including staff and substitute scheduling
- Assist in enrollment of new students
- Support children’s growth and milestones
- Communicate with parents and families
- Minimum of High School Diploma, education in Early Childhood preferred
- Must meet all state requirements for child care workers
- Professional and dependable with a pleasant/friendly demeanor and outgoing personality
- Three years of progressive and relevant experience
- Knowledge and understanding of all current state and local regulations relating to child care facilities
- Team-focused, proactive attitude
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and other childcare programs
On-Site Schedule: Monday–Friday
