We are a Christ-centered school seeking a Supervisor to guide students through the Accelerated Christian Education (A.C.E.) curriculum. Responsibilities
- Supervise students working in the A.C.E. curriculum, ensuring progress and mastery of assigned work.
- Provide individualized academic support, encouragement, and correction in alignment with Christian values.
- Monitor student performance, maintain accurate records, and report progress to parents and administration.
- Lead daily devotions, prayer, and biblical integration within the learning environment.
- Foster a respectful, orderly, and Christ-honoring classroom culture.
- Collaborate with fellow staff to plan and implement school-wide initiatives and events.
- Uphold school policies and procedures with fairness, consistency, and grace.
- Encourage students to develop self-discipline, responsibility, and a love for learning.
Qualifications
- Strong personal commitment to the Christian faith and alignment with the school’s mission.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (preferred).
- Prior experience with A.C.E. curriculum or Christian education (preferred but not required).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to mentor and inspire students academically and spiritually.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to foster inclusivity, respect, and collaboration among diverse learners.
- Certification in Christian education or teaching credentials (a plus).
