Position Summary:
We are hiring one full-time substance abuse counselors (RAC, CAC, or CCS certified) who are motivated to make a difference and contribute meaningfully to our team and the clients we serve. This is an opportunity to grow alongside a rapidly expanding program, shape client outcomes, and be part of something bigger.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counseling for clients in PHP, IOP, and OP levels of care
- Facilitate clinical documentation in our EHR system accurately and timely
- Develop, review, and update treatment plans collaboratively with clients
- Conduct assessments and evaluate client progress using ASAM criteria
- Work closely with the clinical team to support client goals and overall program success
- Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and case consultations
- Uphold ethical and professional standards in all client interactions
- Support a culture of accountability, integrity, and mission-driven care
Qualifications:
- Active certification as an RAC, CAC, or CCS (required)
- Experience in Addiction counseling
- Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for helping others, coupled with a disciplined and dependable work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
