Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily home care services to ensure reliable coverage
- Respond to client inquiries and support care planning needs
- Develop and adjust care plans based on client needs and caregiver availability
- Manage scheduling and staffing to maintain uninterrupted service
- Recruit caregivers, including interviewing, onboarding, and initial training
- Coach caregivers to support consistent care quality
- Maintain accurate documentation and records
- Communicate regularly with clients, family members, and care partners
- Travel locally to see clients as needed
- Participate in a rotational on call schedule and respond to urgent needs
- Step in to support coverage when necessary
- Assist with operational needs as part of the broader team
Qualifications
- Experience in home care coordination, scheduling, or care management preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and follow through
- Comfort working independently in a fast paced environment
- Experience recruiting or supervising caregivers preferred
- Familiarity with home care scheduling platforms such as ClearCare, WellSky, or similar systems preferred
- Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance
