Childcare Provider

Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a commitment to fostering a safe, nurturing, and educational environment. This role involves caring for children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, while promoting their development through engaging activities and positive behavior management.

Duties

• Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote learning and development.
• Provide care for infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children, including feeding, diapering, and nap time.
• Foster positive relationships with children through play, communication, and support.
• Manage behavior effectively using positive reinforcement techniques.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment conducive to learning and play.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
• Stay current on first aid and CPR certifications to ensure child safety.

Requirements

• Previous experience in daycare, babysitting, nannying, or early childhood education is preferred.
• Knowledge of child development principles and practices.
• Ability to create engaging educational activities for various age groups.
• Strong behavior management skills to address children's needs effectively.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR
• Excellent communication skills to interact with children and parents effectively.
• A genuine love for working with children and a commitment to their well-being.
