Growing Green Landscapes is looking for an experienced Landscape & Hardscape Crew Manager to lead installation projects, develop people, and help us build the best landscape company in our city.

What You’ll Do
- Lead a landscape installation crew from job start through completion
- Read and follow landscape plans, layouts, and project scopes
- Plan daily work and assign tasks to crew members
- Install plants, trees, shrubs, sod, mulch, soil, and landscape beds
- Perform light hardscape work, including:
- Paver walkways and patios
- Base preparation and compaction
- Edging and restraints
- Block and small retaining wall work
- Material staging and finish cleanup
- Assist with grading, drainage, bed preparation, and site layout
- Operate and care for trucks, trailers, compactors, skid steers, and hand tools
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized jobsite
- Inspect work for quality and correct issues before leaving the site
- Communicate material, equipment, schedule, and site needs promptly
- Train and coach team members in safe, efficient installation practices
- Treat customers’ homes and properties with professionalism and respect
- Help improve our systems, processes, and quality standards
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in landscape installation
- Experience leading or managing a field crew
- Practical light hardscape experience
- Knowledge of planting, grading, drainage, sod, mulch, and bed preparation
- Ability to read and understand basic landscape plans
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
