Responsibilities:
We are currently hiring a Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA). This is an opportunity to join a supportive team, make a meaningful impact, and grow your career in the field of ABA therapy.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify the reasons behind specific behaviors
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and evidence-based practices.
- Oversee and supervise ABA services in 1:1 and group settings
- Provide guidance and training to technicians and other professionals on implementing behavior-analytic interventions
- Collect and analyze data to monitor child progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and thorough records of treatment plans, assessments, progress, and other relevant information (RethinkBH)
- Communicate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent and effective implementation of treatment plans
- Ensure HIPAA compliance, confidentiality, professionalism, and organization across all settings
- Comfortable with technology and electronic data collection (RethinkBH experience a plus)
- Experience working with children with autism or other developmental delays using ABA
- Must be able to analyze data, identify patterns, and develop solutions to address behavioral challenges
- Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
- Communication skills
- Must hold a Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
- BCBA certification (Required)
- Licensed Behavioral Analyst in the state of New Jersey
- Must be comfortable going into client’s homes to supervise therapy sessions and provide parent trainings
- Ability to create treatment plans with independence and confidence
- Must pass background check, child abuse registry, and drug testing
