Role Description
Presently we have mulriple positions to fill with hours between 3 pm and 7:30 pm. The part-time role is on-site role for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) located in Concord, NC. The RBT will implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Day-to-day tasks include providing direct one-on-one behavior therapy, collecting and documenting data related to client progress, and collaborating with team members and caregivers to ensure effective implementation of treatment goals. The role also requires assisting in creating a positive and supportive environment to foster learning and growth for clients.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
- Strong skills in Communication and collaboration with caregivers and team members
- Experience in implementing Behavioral Interventions and understanding of behavior modification principles
- Background in Psychology or related field is preferred
- Ability to maintain professional and ethical standards in all interactions
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain it within a specified timeframe
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field is a plus)
- Passion for working with individuals, patience, and a commitment to growth and learning
