Residential Cleaning Services Company – Suwanee / Duluth Area

$20–$25 per hour Performance Bonus

We are a fast-growing residential cleaning services company looking for an Operations Coordinator to become a key member of our leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to grow with a company and eventually take on greater leadership responsibilities.

No two days are the same. You'll manage daily operations, work with customers, recruit and support employees, help grow sales, and occasionally assist in the field when needed for cleaning services. If you're someone who takes ownership and enjoys making a difference, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Manage daily schedules and coordinate cleaning teams.
• Answer phones, respond to customer inquiries, and convert leads into booked appointments.
• Follow up with prospective customers and help grow recurring business.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard new team members.
• Coach and motivate employees while building a positive team culture.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.
• Perform quality inspections and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Develop new ideas to increase sales and improve operations.
• Build relationships with Realtors, apartment communities, local businesses, and referral partners.
• Assist with local marketing and community outreach.
• Support field operations, including performing cleaning services when necessary to ensure customer commitments are met.
