Responsibilities
- Perform regular landscape maintenance to keep gardens, lawns, and pathways immaculate and welcoming.
- Use hand tools and power tools to trim, prune, mow, edge, and shape plantings with precision and care.
- Implement irrigation systems to ensure optimal watering schedules that promote healthy growth.
- Conduct routine lawn care tasks such as fertilizing, aerating, seeding, and weed control to maintain lush greenery.
- Maintain all landscaping equipment and tools, ensuring they are clean, functional, and safe to use.
- Assist with seasonal planting, mulching, and flower bed arrangements to enhance visual appeal.
- Monitor the health of plants and trees; identify pests or diseases early and take appropriate action in collaboration with horticulture specialists.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, landscape maintenance techniques, and gardening best practices.
- Experience with lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and edgers.
- Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively while adhering to safety protocols.
