Growers Mineral, Corp. is seeking a dependable, motivated Manufacturing & Warehouse Assistant to join our team at our new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. This position combines production, warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, and equipment operation in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Assist with manufacturing and packaging of fertilizer products
• Receive, unload, and store raw materials
• Load and unload trucks
• Operate forklifts (tow motors), pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
• Perform shipping, receiving, inventory, and production documentation
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility
• Assist with developing and improving manufacturing, warehouse, receiving, and shipping procedures as our new facility grows
• Support safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Manufacturing, warehouse, agriculture, or logistics experience preferred
• Forklift experience preferred (or willingness to become certified)
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds
• Valid driver's license

• Organized and detail-oriented
• Willing to learn and take initiative
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Interested in helping build efficient processes in a growing manufacturing operation
