What You’ll Do:
- Set up and maintain live plant displays that attract customers
- Ensure displays are fresh, tidy, and organized
- Communicate regularly with supervisors and store staff
- Provide excellent customer service with a professional attitude
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure environment
What You Bring:
- Interest or experience in merchandising of live plants and retail
- Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions
- Strong communication and a smartphone for work apps
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outdoors (seasonally)
