Early Childhood Daycare Educator

Grow with Grace Learning Center is an early childhood program for children 6 weeks to 11 years old. We are looking for a Preschool Teacher to join our team working with ages 2 to 5 years.

Minimum Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma

Meet annual professional development requirements per state regulations

Provide 3 professional references

Ability to pass a drug screen and background check

Ability to work a full time shift Monday-Friday based on the needs of the center & maintain a positive record of attendance

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and implement lesson plans using program guidelines Supervise & Interact with children to support play, exploration and learning Professional Communication Work in a cooperative team environment Must be willing to meet and maintain State & Program Standards Must be willing to grow professionally Delivering nurturing care and continuous active supervision of assigned children. Maintain a clean and organized classroom. Consistently model appropriate behavior and language for children. Maintaining positive and open communication with parents, co-workers and administration Knowing and consistently following universal health care policies. Knowing and following all state licensing rules and regulations he Ability to show professionalism and kindness to children. Perform related duties based on need and as assigned by administration. Attending all necessary trainings/meetings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Schedule:

8 hour shift

• Monday to Friday
• No nights
• No weekends

• Clarksville, TN 37043: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)
