After-School Hours Daytime Caseload Available
Grow Together Therapy is expanding! We are seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (W2 employee) to support after-school hours, daytime caseload coverage, and PRN needs across clinic, school, and community-based settings.
Position Type
- W2 Employee or 1099
- PRN coverage, Flexible schedule and After-school hours needed
- Opportunity to grow into part-time or full-tim
Responsibilities
- Provide pediatric occupational therapy services
- Deliver services in clinic, school, or community settings
- Complete evaluations as assigned
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and care team
- Complete documentation within required timelines
- Participate in team collaboration as needed
Ideal Candidate
- Passion for pediatric occupational therapy
- Comfortable with flexible scheduling
- Interested in PRN, after-school, or daytime caseload
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in Ohio
- NBCOT certification
- Pediatric experience preferred (not required)
- Ability to travel locally (if providing mobile services)
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

Scheduling
This position is for the following:
- After-school hours (3:00–7:00 PM)
- Daytime caseload (school hours)
- PRN coverage (therapist vacations, growth, overflow)
- Summer scheduling options available
