Compensation:$55 - $70 hourlyResponsibilities:Assess and treat youth, adults, couples, and families in outpatient care largely via in-network health insuranceProvide quality clinical care and complete documentationCollaborate with licensed staff as needed, including attending monthly consultationsAssist continuous training of new staff membersIndependently troubleshoot and find effective solutionsAddress safety concerns and questions, and provide consistent supportCommunicate with the Clinical Leader regarding office and case managementDiscuss clinical matters and hiring concerns with leadershipCommunicate with the team and clients in a timely and effective wayRespond to non-urgent items within 72 hours or sooner, when possibleUphold and embody company values such as Growth Mindset, Work-life balance, Integrity, and TrustTreat patients both in-person and via telehealthAdditional duties as neededQualifications:An active BBS license in California as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC is required for this roleOutpatient counseling experience (2 years)Proficient in conducting assessments and making diagnosesProvide a quality experience in delivering outpatient careSkilled and knowledgeable in developing treatment plans independentlyPossess a willingness to work with couplesExperience with military populations is preferredMust be a collaborative team playerAbility to handle multiple tasks efficiently and respond promptlyStrong organizational abilities are requiredA firm understanding and adherence to clinical boundariesReady and eager to take on leadership responsibilitiesAbility to address both clinical and employment-related concernsDedicated to fostering a positive and supportive work cultureBilingual (preferred)About CompanyWe believe in reducing mental health stigma, as everyone goes through struggles and can benefit from more support.
