Our team supports one another in being the best clinicians we can be.Our outpatient group practice provides our team members with comprehensive outpatient counseling services such as referrals, intake assistance, billing, and marketing support.We have a 90-day peer mentor program which supports all incoming therapists in providing great care and learning our systems and documentation requirements.This is a dream role combining all the benefits of private practice: high-functioning outpatient clients in beautiful offices with a supportive team and the ability to focus on patient care with minimal documentation.Benefits include, but are not limited to: medical health benefits, 401(k), unlimited flex time, and PTO options.Submit your application today to get connected with our team!Responsibilities:Assess and treat youth, adults, couples, and families in outpatient care largely via in-network health insurance.Provide quality clinical care and complete documentation.Collaborate with licensed staff as needed, including attending monthly consultations.Assist continuous training of new staff members.Independently troubleshoot and find effective solutions.Address safety concerns and questions, and provide consistent support.Communicate with the Clinical Leader regarding office and case management.Discuss clinical matters and hiring concerns with leadership.Communicate with the team and clients in a timely and effective way.Respond to non-urgent items within 72 hours or sooner, when possible.Uphold and embody company values such as Growth Mindset, Work-life balance, Integrity, and Trust.Treat patients both in-person and via telehealth.Additional duties as needed.Qualifications:An active BBS license in California as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC is required for this role.Outpatient counseling experience (2 years).Proficient in conducting assessments and making diagnoses.Provide a quality experience in delivering outpatient care.Skilled and knowledgeable in developing treatment plans independently.Possess a willingness to work with couples.Experience with military populations is preferred.Must be a collaborative team player.Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and respond promptly.Strong organizational abilities are required.A firm understanding and adherence to clinical boundaries.Ready and eager to take on leadership responsibilities.Ability to address both clinical and employment-related concerns.Dedicated to fostering a positive and supportive work culture.Bilingual (preferred).Compensation:$55 - $70 hourly.About Grow Through Life CounselingWe believe in reducing mental health stigma, as everyone goes through struggles and can benefit from more support.
