Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT, LCSW or LPCC)

Grow Through Life CounselingJob Position: Licensed Outpatient Therapist (LMFT/LCSW/LPCC) - Full-Time Position.This position is not a remote opportunity. Our therapists work onsite and provide both in-person and Telehealth therapy. We'd consider a hybrid role for a fully licensed therapists with the majority of time in the office needed due to patient care demands.Grow Through Life Counseling.At Grow Through Life Counseling, our therapists provide direct outpatient care. The Duties Include:Providing direct care and outpatient care to a caseload of own clients.Collaborate with professional, administrative, and support team staff.Interviewing and hiring new associates to the team.Attending meetings.Handling communications.Responsibilities:Assess and treat youth, adults, couples, and families in outpatient care largely via in-network health insurance. Provide quality clinical care and complete documentation while getting lots of support.Case consults as needed.Email: Communicate with the team in a timely and effective way.Respond to non-urgent items within 72 hours or sooner when possible (often).Text messages: available via Text from clinical staff (not patients) for emergent matters and respond in a timely way (rarely).Qualifications Experience:Outpatient counseling experience (2 years).Licensed as an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW in CA.Willingness to work with a wide variety of clients ages and types.Experience with military populations (preferred).Ability to clinically supervise and/or desire when able to (preferred).Team player (required).Bilingual (preferred).Telehealth experience (preferred).Prior management experience of licensed clinicians.Ability to multitask.Attention to detail.Good time management.Keep timely notes and medical records.Available as needed for urgent matters as needed (rarely).Veterans encouraged to apply.Benefits: Paid Time off.Paid Holidays.75% Employer-paid health insurance at 90 days.401K with a generous match.Unlimited Flex Time.Nice offices.Great colleagues.Snacks and coffee supplied.
