Type: 31 hours per week, At-Will (Hourly), 4 days onsite

Your Role As An Associate Therapist

You will be primarily responsible for direct care of clients and caseload, complete notes and attend weekly supervision. Operational support in office and clinical consultation support are provided.

All The Responsibilities We Will Trust You With

• Provide assessment, treatment planning and care for own caseload across the lifespan
• Review and sign treatment notes
• Working collaboratively with Clinical Supervisor & Regional Practice Director
• Collaborates with other departments within the practice to maintain and provide great client care experience for client(s)
• Follows established clinical protocols and procedures at all times
• Represents the practice in a positive and professional manner at all times
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

You Will Be Required To Meet The Following

• Must hold a valid registration with the CA BBS as an AMFT, ASW, or APCC in California
• Invested interest in providing direct care
• Complete concurrent documentation
• Able to work prime time hours for clients including evenings, weekends, holidays and/or extended hours as needed
• Proficient computer skills in Google Workspace and EHRs
• Ability to quickly adapt to and learn new programs, systems, and/or processes
• General knowledge of office skills, use of office equipment (copier, laser printers, fax machine, telephones, computers)
• Must be able to use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines
• Must possess effective written and oral communication and social skills
• Excellent written and verbal skills. Proven ability to correctly use punctuation and grammar
• Bilingual fluency a plus
• Possess high degree of discretion, integrity, professionalism, and accountability
• Professional image and demeanor
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills with capacity to handle high volumes of detailed work, multi-task and manage timely documentation
• Being consistent, punctual, and have reliable attendance
• Having a strong ability to communicate effectively and work well with others in a collaborative, respectful manner
  
  

Compensation

The base hourly rate range for this part to full-time position is $30 - $44.

As a candidate for this position, your hourly rate and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, job-related skills and any other factors the Grow Through Life Counseling considers relevant to the hiring decision for this position.
