Responsibilities
- Perform lawn care duties including mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilizing to ensure healthy, attractive turf.
- Conduct landscape maintenance tasks such as pruning small trees and shrubs, planting flowers, and mulching beds to promote plant health and aesthetic appeal.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for tasks like edging, trimming, aerating, and installing landscape features.
- Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting, repairing, and adjusting sprinklers to ensure optimal watering schedules.
- Perform routine maintenance on landscaping equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working order.
- Collaborate with team members on project planning and execution to deliver high-quality results efficiently.
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries during outdoor work activities.
Experience
- Prior experience in landscape maintenance or gardening is r
- REQUIRED.
- Mechanical knowledge related to power tools, hand tools, irrigation systems, or small machinery is advantageous.
- Familiarity with lawn care practices, techniques will help you excel in this role.
Strong work ethic with a positive attitude toward outdoor physical work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent attention to detail combined with the ability to follow instructions accurately ensures quality outcomes.
