- Authorized to work legally in the U.S.; W-2 employment (taxable).
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience; able to independently handle daily warehouse operations.
- Basic English required: able to read packing lists and recognize product names.
- Chinese proficiency is a plus.
- Forklift experience required.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
- Capable of independent palletizing (up to 70 inches high), shrink-wrapping, labeling, and shipping.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and responsible.
- Quick learner; able to become familiar with company products and ensure accurate order fulfillment (no mis-shipments).
- Reliable attendance, stable work history, and clean record.
