Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through cannabis product selections
- Educate customers on cannabis products, including flower, edibles, concentrates, and accessories
- Accurately process transactions using a point-of-sale (POS) system
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant retail dispensary environment
- Assist with inventory, restocking, and order fulfillment (in-store and online)
- Follow all state cannabis regulations and company SOPs
- Collaborate with team members to support daily dispensary operations
Required:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 1 year experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills and cash handling experience
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to meet all state requirements for employment in a cannabis establishment, including obtaining and maintaining active registration with the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Previous budtender or cannabis dispensary experience
- Knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods
- Experience with POS systems in a retail environment
