Delivery Driver
Phat Panda | Keep Washington's Dispensaries Stocked
Location: Spokane Valley, WA — right off I-90
Pay: $19.66 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours/week — consistent weekly routes
Travel: Some routes cover Western WA and require overnight stays
Experience: Prior driving experience required
About the Role
Phat Panda is looking for a dependable, full-time Delivery Driver to run routes across Washington State, moving product safely between our farms, labs, and retail partners. Some routes stretch 12–14 hours round-trip and may call for an overnight stay, so we're looking for someone who's comfortable on the road and can plan around a variety of schedules. As the face of our company at every stop, you'll be expected to show up professional, friendly, and ready to represent Phat Panda well in every dispensary you visit.

What You'll Be Doing
• Drive safely and follow all applicable traffic laws on every route
• Deliver and pick up product at retail stores, farms, and labs, keeping accurate manifests and records
• Keep customers and your Delivery Manager updated on ETAs, delays, and reroutes
• Build strong relationships with retail partners and troubleshoot on-site issues as they come up
• Protect the safety of product, vehicle, currency, and yourself at all times
• Schedule routine vehicle maintenance — oil changes, tune-ups, tires, brakes, and more
• Keep driver summaries, expense reports, and other required paperwork current
• Resolve issues like inventory shortages, last-minute route changes, and store personnel conflicts
• Pitch in on Research & Development projects and other tasks as assigned
What You Bring
• Minimum age: 25
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Driving experience and a background in customer service
• Ability to stay level-headed and effective in high-stress situations
Physical Requirements
• Comfortable sitting for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Able to walk, reach, and occasionally climb as routes require
• Good vision, including color differentiation and depth perception
Skills & Abilities
• Strong adaptability, sound judgment, and solid problem-solving skills
• Clear, friendly communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer and technical proficiency
• Sharp attention to detail and time management
Work Environment
• Moderate to loud noise levels while on the road and at delivery sites
• Possible exposure to dust, fumes, or chemicals at retail and production locations
• Occasional risk of workplace injury
