Preschool Teachers and VPK Teachers / Assistants

This position is for experienced Preschool Teachers, VPK Teachers/ Assistants .

Responsibilities include preparation and implementation of curriculum and lesson plans. Supervising, nurturing, and giving guidance to a group of children. Manage classroom, perform assessments / observations.

What We Need from You:

• High school Diploma and/or degree in related field of study required
• FL DCF 45 hours Required with VPK Endorsements and a CDA required

• Must clear a full level II DCF background check
• At least 2 years of professional early childhood training/experience
• CPR, First Aid, and Fire Extinguisher Certification completion within 30 days of employment
• Fluent in both English and Spanish is a Plus

Required Experience and Skills:

• Early childhood classroom teaching experience (Desirable).
• Must be physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds
• Must be a team player, able to adapt to continuously changing, fast-paced environment and make the children’s needs the primary focus.
• Have a love for children and a strong desire to make a difference

Experience:

• Childcare: 2 year
• Early Childhood Education: 2 year
• Preschool Teacher: 2 year
• Pre K VPK Teacher: 2 year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday 9:30 am - 6:30 pm
• 8 hour shift
• 13 paid holidays
• 1 week vacation after first year anniversary date

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
