OFFICE
Accounting Supervisor
Prepare, analyze, and review monthly financial statements. Submit approved forecast. Complete monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports. Prepare accruals, reserves, and related journal entries. Develop, analyze, and review product costing and pricing. Review financial results with executive team. Monitor and improve internal controls. Serve as the primary contact for external financial reporting and compliance request. Manage daily accounting department operations. Oversee month-end and year-end close processes review. Review monthly account reconciliation. Participate in the new product development process. Complete special projects assigned by the executive team.

Purchasing Assistant (Purchasing)
Assist Purchasing Manager with various duties including auditing, analyzing supplier credits, RMX, excessive inventory, part shortages, broken kit parts, negative inventory, past due POs, potential obsolescence. Negotiate minimum orders and part pricing. Meet with suppliers and engineers. Make part expediting calls.
