We specialize in working with individuals in the perinatal/postpartum period, healthcare professionals, educators, those transitioning into retirement, and individuals managing chronic health conditions.

We are a trauma-informed practice that understands healing involves the whole person—mind, body, and nervous system. We recognize that trauma is not limited to single-incident events. It can be complex, cumulative, and rooted in systemic and historical experiences, including racial trauma, intergenerational trauma, and trauma caused by oppressive systems. Our approach honors the full spectrum of how trauma manifests—viscerally, emotionally, and relationally.

We value treatment approaches that go beyond cognition and welcome clinicians with knowledge of or interest in bottom-up modalities such as somatic therapies, EMDR, sensorimotor psychotherapy, and polyvagal-informed care.

What We Offer:

• Work-Life Balance: Set your own schedule and avoid burnout. Seeing 25 clients/week for 46 weeks/year can earn you approximately$90,000 annually
• Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per service hour
• Time Off: Accrue 4–6 weeks of PTO for holidays, illness, and vacation.
• Health Insurance & Dental Insurance available at 23 service hours/week.
• $200/month Health & Wellness Stipend for those under 23 service hours/week.
• Professional Development:$500/year CEU reimbursement
• Licensure fee reimbursement
• Ongoing support from a seasoned therapist with 16 years in private practice.
• Build toward a full-time caseload within 3–4 months.

Who You Are:

• Fully and independently licensed (LCSW, LMFT, LCMHC, or equivalent)
• Experienced in evidence-based treatment modalities
• Passionate about working with adults (18 )
• Trauma-informed and interested in whole-person care
• Knowledgeable or curious about bottom-up approaches to healing
• Skilled in documentation and using it as a clinical tool
• Committed to serving diverse populations with cultural humility
• Intuitive, client-centered, and compassionate
• Interested in becoming certified in perinatal mental health (preferred)

Your Role:

• Maintain a small, manageable caseload (minimum 20 sessions/week; 23 sessions = full-time)
• Provide high-quality, client-led therapy
• Complete documentation (notes, treatment plans, assessments) within 48 hours
• Communicate effectively via phone, email, and EHR
• Stay current with licensure and continuing education
• Collaborate with a supportive team and contribute to a positive practice culture

Additional Expectations:

• Flexibility to choose your own hours (evenings/weekends optional but welcomed)
• Responsiveness to administrative communications (e.g., payors, credentialing, vendors)
• Adherence to NASW ethical standards and insurer requirements
• Compliance with company policies to ensure safety and quality of care
