What are the responsibilities and job description for the Transportation Compliance/Training Specialist position at Grow Early Learning?
We are currently seeking a Transportation Compliance/Training Specialist to join our team.
Position can be based in our Indianapolis, IN or our Bartow, FL office.
The Transportation Compliance/Training Specialist will be responsible for providing compliance and training in the areas of Department of Transportation/ Head Start Program Performance Standards (HSPPS). Have knowledge of childcare regulations in the geographic regions that ECMHSP operates. Develop school bus routes and apply knowledge of local state and federal guidelines.
Qualifications
Accepted :Associates Degree and 2 years Transportation management experience.
Preferred: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related field, 3 years training experience and experience working in Head Start Transportation.
CDL with P & S Endorsements, School Bus Driver Certificate, Child Passenger Safety Technician and CPR/FA Instructor.
Proficiency in Microsoft programs.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
