About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Program Assistant to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. As a Program Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of our organization.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) with 5 years of verifiable administrative experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in related field with 1 year of verifiable experience in an office setting
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Center Director, including scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and maintaining records
- Provide excellent customer service
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions
