Engineering & Construction Project Manager
Classification: Exempt
Salary Grade/Level/Family/Range: Commensurate with experience
Reports to: Divisional Director
Essential Functions
As Project Manager, this roll will encompass overall administrative, technical, financial, and resource management of the project, from initial award through completion. This position will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
· Develop project timelines and establish project objectives, ensuring alignment with client expectations and Company goals.
· Ensure compliance working with safety personnel to ensure that the product is built in accordance with safety regulations.
· Administer and manage project contracts, ensuring all parties fulfill their obligations and that work is performed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the agreement.
· Conduct thorough reviews of contract documents to identify and mitigate risks. Ensure that Company requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.
· Develop detailed project plans that outline timelines, resource allocation, and key milestones.
· Work with and support field management to ensure successful delivery of the project.
· Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
· Schedule and manage subcontractors, vendors, and material suppliers.
· Review cost reports and identify strategies to optimize cost-efficiency while ensuring safety standards and maintaining a high level of productivity.
· Manage budget projection for labor, material, equipment, and sub contractual obligation on the project.
· Monitor and manage project parameters and develop, negotiate, submit, track, and maintain client and/or subcontractor change orders when necessary.
· Helps maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all company and customer required safety guidelines.

Preferred/Required Education and Experience
· Bachelor's degree in construction science, project management, construction management, engineering, or related field.
· 5 years industry related experience preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Experience with project management scheduling software and ERP systems
· Have or ability to obtain a PMP Certification
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no direct reports.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee will work in varying environments including both field and office settings. These work environments may include outdoor weather conditions, working around machines, moving parts, enclosed spaces, heights etc.
Travel is required, including overnight stays. Emergency work may include nights, weekends, and some holidays.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to maneuver equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, 40 hours a week.
