About the Role:
Grovers Landscape Services is looking for a skilled and motivated Landscape Foreman to lead our crews in delivering beautiful, high-quality results across the Oregon City and surrounding areas. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll take pride in your work, inspire your team, and help grow something great — literally. Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise landscape crews on residential and commercial job sites
- Oversee daily operations including planting, mowing, pruning, mulching, and irrigation
- Ensure all work is completed on schedule, on budget, and to company quality standards
- Communicate job site progress and issues directly to management
- Train, mentor, and motivate crew members to perform at their best
- Conduct site inspections and ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and tools
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance on all job sites
- Track maintenance logs and project hours and inspect work as needed
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in landscaping, horticulture, or grounds maintenance
- Prior supervisory or crew lead experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of plants, turf management, irrigation systems, and hardscaping
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate trailers a plus
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and perform physical labor
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Reading drawing plans is a plus
Additional cerification or license is a plus.
