What are the responsibilities and job description for the Crew Leader / Foreman position at Grover Landscape & Design LLC?
Landscape Foreman or Crew Lead: Lead 2–4 person crew in landscape construction and landscape maintenance.Landscape Technician: Member of 2–4 person Construction crew helping to install professionally designed landscapes. Member of a 2-4 person Maintenance crew helping maintain residential and commercial properties.Outdoor landscape labor. Including but not limited to lawn mowing, pruning, sprinkler repair, sprinkler installation, planting trees, shrubs and perennials, laying sod, mulching, installing pavers, water features etc.Job Requirements:Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions (summer)Previous experience in landscape, lawn, or other related fields preferredAbility to communicate effectively with co-workers and customersAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Proficient with the use of a lawn mower and standard equipment (e.g., blower)Knowledge of landscape design and installation materials (e.g., sod, pavers, rocks, plants, trees) preferredTeam member: Encouraged but not mandatory to have experience in working outdoors in a labor positionWillingness and ability to communicate well with others.Optimistic attitude and ability to maintain optimistic attitude even when problem solving.Willingness to push yourself physically to complete a goal effectively and efficiently.Physically capable of manual labor.Responsible and reliable.Eager to learn a trade/profession and grow with our company.
