Duties
- Lead and manage installation teams to execute projects on time, within scope, and according to specifications
- Develop detailed installation plans, schedules, and resource allocations to optimize workflow
- Coordinate with clients, project managers, and vendors to ensure seamless communication and alignment of project goals
- Conduct site assessments prior to installation to identify potential challenges and prepare necessary tools and materials
- Oversee safety protocols during all phases of installation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Troubleshoot technical issues on-site using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters to verify electrical connections and system integrity
- Monitor progress daily, adjusting plans as needed to meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards
- Document installation activities meticulously, including progress reports, safety logs, and technical inspections
- Train and mentor team members on best practices, safety procedures, and technical skills
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing large-scale installation projects across various environments
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, wiring practices, and system integrations
- Ability to operate diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters for testing electrical circuits
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster collaboration
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in planning and documentation
- Effective communication skills for liaising with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments requiring standing, walking, lifting, and climbing as needed
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; willingness to travel frequently for project sites
