Role Overview
We’re seeking a Marketing Lead to shape Grover Gaming’s brand platform and holistic Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy while rolling up their sleeves to execute. This role is perfect for a builder who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, own, and champion the brand platform, GTM strategy, and comprehensive marketing roadmap across all channels.
- Work proactively with Light & Wonder’s government relations team, media outlets, and other channels to tell our story.
- Directly manage and execute high-impact campaigns designed for lead generation, product launches, and brand awareness in new and existing markets.
- Serve as the primary marketing liaison with Sales, Product, and executive leadership to ensure marketing efforts are tightly aligned with business objectives and revenue targets.
- Manage internal communications within Grover.
- Maintain oversight of company website content.
- Act as a player-coach, directly mentoring junior marketing team members and overseeing external agency partners, while personally contributing high-quality messaging, pitch decks, sales enablement materials, and foundational content.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs), manage the marketing budget, and provide data-driven reports on campaign ROI to senior leadership.
What We’re Looking For
- Progressive marketing experience, with some experience in a leadership or managerial role. Experience in B2B marketing within the gaming, entertainment or tech sectors is plus.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate complex business goals into clear, actionable marketing plans.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, demonstrated by success influencing stakeholders across various departments.
- Hands-on ability to create marketing content and messaging.
- Experience managing external vendors and agency relationships.
