Responsibilities- Operate and care for construction equipment and machines.
- Assist equipment operators, carpenters, and other skilled labor when necessary.
- Prepare construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards.
- Load and unload construction materials.
- Assemble and disassemble temporary structures, such as scaffolding.
- Remove, fill, or compact earth as needed.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and assist craft workers.
- Participate in on-the-job training when necessary.
- Perform site clean-up and ensure a safe working environment.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor and other strenuous tasks.
- Capability to work in all weather conditions.
