Working hours are negotiable but most likely 9-2 to begin
Have you:
Answered phones
Standard filing
You will:
Deal with customers
Pull parts from inventory
Create invoice in Quickbooks
If you are afraid of dirt or grease it won’t work
Learn the hydraulic hose
Time sheets:
Input employees time sheets - a variety of handwriting and spelling
May have material requiring ability to calculate
Do you know or Learn how to Calculate ie: feet, square feet, ounces
AR:
Input payments
Process credit card payments
Will learn which & who get
invoices & statements that get emailed
AP:
Check in purchases
Input parts received in Quickbooks
Label and put away
Purchase:
Send PO to vendor
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
