Grove Veterinary Clinic is seeking an experienced Certified Veterinary Technician to join our team! Our technicians play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care during appointments by coordinating and executing treatment plans and providing thorough client education.
In this role, you will primarily assist during exams and outpatient care, maintain detailed medical records, review treatment plans, and address clients' questions. Additionally, you will coordinate with your team to manage the veterinarians orders, ensuring the highest level of patient care and maintaining an efficient workflow to keep exams running on schedule. This position is ideal for technicians who excel in client engagement and schedule management.
This is a full-time position, with a 5/8 schedule and availability needed Tuesday-Saturday.
Full-time benefits and compensation:
- Compensation: $25 - $27/hour, based on experience and skill set
- Bonus package: $2000
- CE allowance: $500 the first year, $1,000 annually thereafter

Minimum qualifications and skill set:
- 3 years of veterinary experience in a clinical setting
- Current Veterinary Technician License in the state of Oregon
- Proficiency in the following skills:
- Client communication and education
- Patient histories
- Radiographs
- Blood draws
- Outpatient care
