Title: Sr. Reliability Engineer - Medical Device
Work Location: Onsite – North Haven, CT (Supporting Hugo Robotic Platform)
Type: W2 contract
Duration: 12-Month Contract (40 hours/week)
Key Skills Summary:
Seeking a Sr. Reliability Engineer with experience in root cause analysis, failure investigation, and reliability engineering for complex robotic/mechatronic systems. The ideal candidate should have strong data analysis and troubleshooting skills, experience integrating hardware and software systems, and the ability to identify trends, investigate product failures, and drive corrective actions.
Key Skills Required:
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Failure Analysis, FMEA, Cause Mapping
• Reliability Engineering and System-Level Troubleshooting
• Data Analysis, Trend Identification, and Technical Investigations
• Experience with Robotic, Mechatronic, or Complex Electro-Mechanical Systems

Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science, Biomedical, or related field)
4 years of experience for Senior Level (2 years for Level II).
