Job Title: Prin R-D Engineer – Medical Device
Job Location: Tempe, Arizona (Fully Onsite)
Type: W2 contract
Duration: 4 Months
The candidate for this position will be responsible for monitoring the operations of our systems, including quality and compliance. The candidate should also be able to recommend improvements to the process through the tracking of metrics and reporting of data. The candidate should definitely have strong technical abilities in order to succeed in this role.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support as necessary
- Establish process metrics and goals
- Develop and issue process designs
Technical skills that are required for the role:
1. Process development (i.e. process characterization and validation – DOE, PCR, TMV, IQ, OQ, PQ)
2. Statistics
3. Strong problem-solving skills
