Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Administrator / Receptionist to join our team and help create a welcoming, efficient, and well-managed office environment. This vital role combines front desk responsibilities with administrative oversight, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional communication across departments. Duties
- Oversee schedule management for meetings, appointments, and events to ensure optimal time utilization.
- Coordinate event planning activities including logistics, vendor management, and on-site support for company functions.
- Handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, maintaining records, and bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
- Assist with human resources functions including onboarding new employees, training & development sessions, and maintaining employee files.
- Support office management by supervising supply inventory, managing vendor relationships, and overseeing budget adherence.
- Manage front desk operations efficiently while ensuring a clean, organized workspace that promotes productivity.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles within a professional environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with staff, clients, vendors, and visitors.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience with schedule management tools is essential.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks for bookkeeping and payroll processing is highly desirable.
- Supervising experience or team management skills are preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Accounting background a plus.
